Evolution 2:
During this evolution, the focus is on refining your driving skills, learning how to handle freight, trip planning, understanding our system and how to be a successful professional over-the-road driver. You’ll work with a second driver trainer for up to 13 days during this evolution so you’ll get even more exposure to professional insights and instruction.
You are paid a higher daily wage during Evolution 2. Home Time: Upon completion of Evolution 2, we’ll verify your skills. After verification, we will issue you your first tractor and then route you home for another couple of days.
